MOF Series
The MOF series is a modular laser platform with linear workpiece transport. Depending on the product, component geometry, and cycle time, we develop individual laser and automation solutions – from a single station to a fully automated production line.
The MOF is suitable for numerous plastic and metal components and can be flexibly adapted to a wide variety of production processes.

Laser marking with automation
The system achieves a performance of up to 2,500 closures per minute and features a linear vacuum conveyor belt with part singulation for a continuous material flow. A material hopper, integrated camera inspection for quality control, and an automatic reject part ejection station ensure reliable and process-secure operation – even at high production volumes.

Multiple laser systems mark simultaneously multiple workpieces, to significantly increase throughput at high volumes.

Multiple laser systems mark simultaneously different positions of a workpiece. This allows complex components to be efficiently labeled in one step.
Circumferential Laser Marking
For cylindrical products, the MOF series enables precise 360° laser marking.
